Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how BlissQual LLP ("BlissQual," "we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with Calculate Pro Plus, Amusic Player, and ACE PDF Reader.
This policy applies to the Android and iOS versions of these applications.
1. Our Approach to Privacy
BlissQual designs its applications with privacy in mind. Our applications do not require users to create an account, sign in, or directly provide personal information such as a name, email address, telephone number, or mailing address.
The applications are primarily designed to operate locally on the user's device. Certain third-party services incorporated into the applications, particularly advertising and platform services, may independently collect or process technical information as described below.
2. Information Directly Collected by BlissQual
BlissQual does not directly collect personal information through Calculate Pro Plus, Amusic Player, or ACE PDF Reader.
Users are not required to register an account or submit personal information to use the applications.
The applications may create and store information locally on the user's device in order to provide their functionality. Depending on the application, this may include application preferences, settings, calculations, notes, user-created content, application state, or other locally generated information.
This locally stored information remains on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, share, transfer, or otherwise process it using features available on the device.
3. Advertising
BlissQual applications may display advertisements provided through Google AdMob. Advertisements may include banner, interstitial, video, and app-open advertisements.
Depending on the user's region, applicable law, consent choices, age-related requirements, device settings, and advertising configuration, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Advertising providers may process certain device and technical information for purposes including advertisement delivery, advertisement measurement, frequency management, fraud and abuse prevention, reporting, and, where permitted, advertising personalization.
BlissQual does not sell personal information to advertisers.
4. Children and Younger Users
BlissQual applications are intended for a general audience, including teenagers and adults, and are not specifically designed for or directed primarily toward young children.
BlissQual does not knowingly request or directly collect personal information from children through these applications.
Where advertising is provided to a user who is considered a child or under the applicable age of consent, advertising services are intended to be configured in accordance with applicable platform requirements, advertising-provider requirements, and applicable law. Personalized or interest-based advertising should not be served where such advertising is prohibited.
5. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Platform Information
BlissQual may receive aggregated or platform-provided information relating to application performance, installations, usage, stability, distribution, and similar statistics through services made available by application marketplaces and platform providers, including Google Play.
Such information may be used to understand application performance, identify technical issues, improve application quality, and maintain compatibility.
6. Device Permissions
Depending on the application and operating system, a BlissQual application may request access to certain device capabilities where necessary for application functionality.
For example, an application may request access to device storage, files, photos, media, or similar resources to allow users to create, read, modify, save, organize, or delete files and application content.
When a user chooses to share content, the application may also interact with sharing mechanisms provided by the operating system or other applications, including email, wireless sharing, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi-based sharing, or other supported services.
7. Local Storage and User Content
User-created information is generally stored locally on the user's device.
BlissQual does not operate a user account system or cloud storage service for these applications and does not require users to upload their documents, notes, calculations, media, or other user-created content to BlissQual servers.
Users remain responsible for managing, backing up, exporting, and deleting locally stored information.
8. Internet and Network Access
Certain application functionality may require an internet connection, particularly for loading advertisements, accessing applicable BlissQual web resources, or interacting with services provided by third parties.
The applications are not designed to upload users' locally created documents or content to BlissQual servers as part of their ordinary operation.
9. Third-Party Services
Our applications may rely upon third-party services or software components necessary for advertising, distribution, purchases, operating-system functionality, or other application features.
These third parties may process information independently under their own privacy policies and terms.
10. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
BlissQual does not sell personal information provided through these applications and does not directly share user-created local application data with third parties for independent marketing purposes.
Third-party services incorporated into or used by the applications, such as advertising or platform services, may independently process technical information necessary to provide their services.
11. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
BlissQual applications may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions in the future.
Where available, such transactions are expected to be processed through the applicable platform's official payment system, such as Google Play on Android or Apple's App Store on iOS.
BlissQual applications are not intended to directly collect or store users' payment-card information for transactions processed by these platform providers.
12. Data Security
Because user-created application data is generally stored locally on the user's device rather than on BlissQual-operated servers, users should maintain appropriate security for their devices and backups.
No electronic system, device, network, or method of data storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Data Retention
BlissQual does not maintain a central user database containing the locally created application content described in this policy.
Information stored locally remains subject to the user's control and the storage behavior of the operating system and application. Information processed by third-party services may be retained according to those providers' respective policies and legal obligations.
14. International Users
BlissQual LLP is based in India, while its applications may be made available internationally.
Third-party services used by the applications may process information in countries other than the user's country of residence, subject to their privacy practices and applicable legal requirements.
15. User Choices and Privacy Controls
Users may have privacy controls available through their device, operating system, application marketplace, consent interfaces, or advertising settings.
Depending on the user's device and region, these controls may include management of application permissions, advertising preferences, tracking permissions, and consent choices.
16. External Links and Services
BlissQual applications may contain links to the official BlissQual website or other external resources. Once a user accesses a third-party website or service, that service's own privacy practices and terms apply.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
BlissQual may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our applications, third-party services, legal requirements, platform requirements, or privacy practices.
When this policy is updated, the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of the policy will be revised.
